Four projects, two lives. Dev Analytics and Manager Genie are tools I created for the craft I practice every day, running engineering teams. The other two I built for the Olga Iglesias Project, my husband's nonprofit: its public face and the system that runs its season.

Dev Analytics

Flow-metrics analytics for software engineering teams and their managers. Cycle time, throughput, work-in-progress, and aging work, turned into conversations teams can act on.

Engineering leaders drown in activity data and starve for flow data. Dev Analytics reads the team’s actual delivery stream and surfaces the four flow metrics that predict delivery: cycle time, throughput, WIP, and work item age.

Manager Genie

A tool for engineering managers to run employee feedback and performance reviews without dreading them. Continuous feedback capture in, evidence-backed reviews out.

Performance reviews fail when managers reconstruct six months from memory. Manager Genie captures feedback continuously, keeps it tied to real work, and assembles review drafts from evidence instead of recollection.

Olga Iglesias Project

Bilingual public site for a nonprofit preserving Puerto Rico's classical vocal heritage. Programs, events, press, an impact map of 25 municipalities, and a digital archive.

Built for my husband’s nonprofit, the Olga Iglesias Project. The site carries the organization’s full public presence in English and Spanish: educational recitals, artist programs, a commissioned children’s opera, press releases, donations, and an interactive map of the recitals’ reach across Puerto Rico (4,600+ students, 25 of 78 municipalities).

OIP EMS

Event management system built for the nonprofit to run its season, from educational recitals in schools to public concerts.

The operational counterpart to the public site: a system the Olga Iglesias Project team uses to manage its events end to end.
